Introduction
The book shows the way Massin, a French designer, sets out to review the most important steps of his career. The designer represented in the same style of his masterpiece The Cantatrice Chauve’s characters, becomes himself a protagonist who goes through his works.
Project Development
This is my Licence final work designed in 2005.
The project is composed by two books.
The final concept is a book that collects some visual boards on the most well-know Massin’s career steps and masterpieces.
I chose to represented him in the same style of the characters of his major masterpiece: “The Bald Chantatrice” of Eugene Ionesco.
The result is composed by several graphic representations realized playing with colors contrast, graphic silhouette, typography effects.
Massin, illustrated by a sihouette, becomes himself the protagonist of these pages.
